INVITATION EMAIL

You will receive an invitation email when a member of a tenant has invited you to join their tenant.

If you receive a Tenant Invitation via email:

1. If this is the first time that you have been invited to join the Licensing Portal, make a note of the temporary password included in the email invitation. This temporary password will be used when you accept the invitation.
2. Click on Accept Invitation.

Once you accept the tenant invite, your web browser opens to the Licensing Portal.

If you are already a member of another tenant, the screen shows that you have been invited to join tenantname.

1. Enter your Email.
2. Enter your Password.

If this is your first invitation to a tenant, you will be given a temporary password.

1. Enter your First and Last name.
2. Create and confirm a new Password.
3. Click JOIN TENANT.

After you click JOIN TENANT, the Tenant Detail page is shown. See Tenant Settings.
