The current User Name and Tenant Information is shown on the top right of the main screen. Click on that section of the screen and a menu opens. The options are:
- View Profile - click on the link to view and edit your profile.
- Change Tenant - if you are a member of multiple tenants, this lets you go from one tenant to another.
- Create Tenant - this allows a Tenant Admin or Application Admin to add a new Tenant.
- Change Password - to change your password, click on this choice. You are asked for your current password and then you must select and confirm your new password.
- Help - opens the Licensing Portal help in a browser.
- About - opens the About page that shows the version information and links to the Software and Services Agreement, Privacy Statement, and Terms of Use.
- Sign out - logs you out of the Licensing portal.
To download the software, select the download automation application button at the bottom of the Account menu. Once the file is downloaded, follow the installer on-screen instructions.
